Kaye joined MCC in 1996 and is responsible for the group’s financial management. She oversees global accounting, financial planning, risk management, asset management and business strategy as well as managing the QA system and has enjoyed seeing the group’s growth over the years.
Her career spans more than forty years of varied experience, including leadership roles, working in large and small private accountancy practices, commerce and local government. She has also worked as a consulting editor where she was commissioned to write two books on high-speed cargo vessels and offshore support vessels respectively. She has spoken at numerous conferences in Australia, Singapore and Venice on a range of subjects from change management to technical matters.
Kaye is a chartered accountant and holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Financial Administration from the University of New England.
